03 Messaging & call terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and/or phone calls from VWP Real Estate. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
Program description. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include transactional or conversational communications related to your real estate inquiry (such as property details, responses, and appointment confirmations) and, separately, marketing communications (such as property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing).
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
Opting out & help. Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our handling of phone numbers and messaging data is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
